What
IS coaching? Coaching is not limited to athletics or prominent
sports figures. In business, it arose 20-plus years ago as
"executive consulting," when CEO's of large companies realized
the need for their own independent trusted advisor to discuss matters
inappropriate or premature to discuss with board or executive team
members, competitors, family members or friends. (And they recognized
that while they sought confidentiality, they didn't need therapy!)
Everyone can benefit from having someone assist and
support them in designing their ideal life and career. A coach
inspires you to go beyond where you normally might stop, to achieve
exceptional performance, enhanced productivity, a balanced life, to
manage your personal business and work in a more effective manner, or to
create what you consciously design. Would you benefit from having
a 'personal partner' whose commitment is to your definition of
success, and who assists you to win in the game of life and business?
There are a lot of advisors in the
world, but very few trained to help you comprehensively -- assisting
you to coordinate your obligations, dreams, finances, relationships,
health and well-being; mind, body, heart & spirit; to produce your
best, live your life to the fullest and leave something important behind
for future generations. That is what I do as a coach.
Coaching is essentially a journey
from where you are now to where you want to be, with a partner whose
focus is on helping you get there. More

"I absolutely believe that

"Executive coaches are not for the meek. They're for people who
value unambiguous feedback. All coaches have one thing in common,
it is that they are ruthlessly results-oriented."
