In my work with clients,
individually and in groups, I utilize numerous self-directed

Electronic Profile Information Center
(EPIC)Sub-Account
Your own source of profiles via the internet,
personalized with your organization or group logo
for use with your staff, clients or customers – one
of the most exciting things to come from Inscape in
recent years is not a product, but a product
platform. Here's how it works: you have direct
access to all of Inscape's online profiles through
your own EPIC website. From your PC, you can
administer access codes that allow people to
complete the assessments online. Once a respondent
finishes answering the questions, the resulting
report goes to the respondent or to you — you
decide!

Coping
& Stress
The Coping & Stress Profile® provides people with
valuable feedback on stress and coping in four
interconnected areas of life: Personal, Work, Couple,
and Family. The profile uses an engaging process of
personal learning that provides critical insight into
how stress in one area of life impacts other areas,
examines how coping resources in one area can be used to
decrease stress in another, and shows the relationship
between stress, coping resources, and overall
satisfaction.

Team Dimensions
Helps individuals work from their strengths by
identifying their most natural team role, while giving
them added appreciation for the contributions of others.
Successful team members don't do the same thing at the
same time. They do the right thing at the right time.
And while team members work together toward a common
goal, individuals still must play their separate parts
in the process. As organizations rely more and more on
teams to innovate, problem solve, produce, and compete
at the speed of change, understanding and capitalizing
on individual approaches to group processes is the
bottom line on creating high-performance teams.

Time Mastery
The Time Mastery Profile helps individuals set
priorities and manage time more effectively by
evaluating their effectiveness in 12 critical areas:
Attitudes, Goals, Priorities, Analyzing, Planning,
Scheduling, Interruptions, Meetings, Written
communications, Delegation, Procrastination, and Team
time. Organizations use it to help their employees
accomplish more, meet project deadlines, and better
serve their customers. If wasted staff time could be
reduced by just five minutes every hour, productivity
would jump 8.3 percent. Efficiency levels would also
rise as employees devoted more time to completing
critical tasks.
