In my work with clients, individually and in groups, I utilize numerous self-directed learning assessments designed to help provide greater insights for planning and action.  I utilize and make available for separate purchase the following instruments professionally researched and developed by Inscape Publishing (see more info below). They are self-administered and scored, promoting confidential individual insights until one chooses to share them.

The following instruments may be purchased separately for private use.  In a workshop, TeleProgram or other group setting, they greatly enhance coaching and individual development.  Please contact me for details on purchasing assessments for yourself, or assessments and related fully scripted training materials to use in your organization.  We would also be happy to deliver one of our programs to your group, or design a custom program based on your needs and goals.
